Returns & Refunds Policy
We’re dedicated to ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, the policy below explains how returns and refunds work.
Return Window & Eligibility
- 30‑Day Return Period: You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Unopened Products Only: Packaging must be unopened with the original factory seal intact. If the seal has been broken or the product otherwise opened, we cannot accept the return.
- Condition: Items must be in new, resalable condition with all original components, inserts, and packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or invoice available.
Note: IVQA Media‑Fill Test Kits are training/competency products not for human use. Returns are accepted only for unopened items.
Restocking Fee
25% Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
How to Start a Return (RMA)
- Initiate: Email support@ivqa.com or call (626) 629‑0418 (Mon–Fri, 8:00 A.M.–4:00 P.M. PST) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Pack: Place items in the original (or equivalent) protective packaging. Include the order number and RMA in the box or on the label.
- Ship: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable method with insurance.

Refunds
- Inspection: Returns are inspected upon receipt to verify eligibility and condition.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after inspection.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional days for funds to post.
Partial Refunds / Denials
We may deny or partially refund a return if:
- Packaging is opened or tampered;
- Items show signs of use, damage, or are missing components;
- The return is received beyond the 30‑day window;
- The return arrives without adequate packaging and is damaged in transit.
Exceptions & Special Cases
- Damaged or Defective on Arrival: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately (ideally within 7 days of delivery) with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you on a prompt replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
- Wrong / Missing Items: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
- Refused or Undeliverable Shipments: If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable, we will refund the product price minus the 25% restocking fee and any outbound/return shipping charges incurred.
- International Returns: International customers are responsible for all return freight, duties, taxes, and customs fees. Declared values must match the original invoice.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:
- Check with your bank or credit card issuer.
