Order online, email a purchase order, or place your order by phone—whichever best fits your workflow. Our team is available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM PT to provide quotes, answer product questions, and assist with shipping.
Purchase Order (PO)
Email POs to orders@ivqa.com. Include bill-to/ship-to details, contact name/phone, item SKUs and quantities, and any delivery instructions.
Order by Phone
Call (626) 629-0418 (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4 PM PT). We can answer product questions and place your order.
Wholesale & Bulk Pricing
Volume discounts are available for wholesalers, training programs, and multi-site health systems. For tiered pricing and account setup, email support@ivqa.com.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards at checkout and purchase orders via email. If you need a quote before ordering, contact support@ivqa.com.
Shipping & Tracking
- Track orders on our Order Tracking page using your Order ID and billing email.
- Need delivery timing or special-instructions help? Email support@ivqa.com.
Returns
- Return window: within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: packaging must be unopened and in resalable condition.
- Restocking fee: 25% applies to all returns.
- Start a return: email support@ivqa.com or call (626) 629-0418. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Refund timing: typically 1–3 business days after inspection back to the original payment method.
