At IVQA, we understand there may be times when it is necessary for you to cancel an order. Orders can be cancelled at any time until the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, the Return Policy is then in effect. Please contact Intravenous Quality Assurance by phone at (626) 629-0418 between 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday – Friday. In order for us to better assist you with the order cancellation process, please have your order number available.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
