Return Policy

We make every effort to supply quality products. If for some reason the product(s) doesn’t meet your satisfaction or needs, we make the return process as easy as possible. We stand behind our products and will accept any return within 30 days from purchase.

Cancellation Policy

We understand there may be times when it is necessary for you to cancel an order. Orders can be cancelled at any time until the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, the Return Policy is then in effect. Please email us at support@ivqa.com or call us (626) 629-0418 between 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. PST, Monday – Friday. In order for us to better assist you with the order cancellation process, please have your order number available.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. On the checkout page, the cost of shipping is shown in full.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we’ll ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
