7. Shipping Policy
7.1 Turnaround Time
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 10:00 A.M. PST are typically shipped the same day.
Next Business Day Shipping: Orders placed after 10:00 A.M. PST are typically shipped on the following business day.
Overnight Orders: We make our best effort to ship overnight orders the same day. However, if an overnight order is placed after 10:00 A.M. PST, it may be shipped the following business day due to carrier pickup times.
7.2 Shipping Carrier
FedEx: We use FedEx for all our deliveries.
7.3 Order Tracking
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number supplied by FedEx.
7.4 Shipping Rates
Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your products and your location. The full shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.
7.5 Back Orders
Partial Shipments: If an item is on back order, we will ship the available items immediately. The back-ordered items will be shipped once they are back in stock at no additional shipping cost.
8. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel an order.

9. Return Policy
We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
9.1 Return Window
30-Day Return Period: You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Unopened Products: If the product packaging seal has been broken, we cannot accept the return.
9.2 Restocking Fee
25% Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
